Maca Yerba Mate Tonic

A warm and frothy Yerba Mate drink blended with coconut milk, coconut oil, Maca, maple syrup, and cayenne.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed Yerba Mate tea
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon Maca powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Pinch of cayenne

Instructions

  1. Add the brewed Yerba Mate tea, coconut milk, and coconut oil to a blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture becomes light and frothy.
  3. Add the Maca powder, maple syrup, and a pinch of cayenne.
  4. Blend again until smooth and frothy.
  5. Pour into a mug and enjoy warm.

Texture tip: Blending the tea, coconut milk, and coconut oil before adding the remaining ingredients helps create the light, frothy texture of this tonic.
