Maca can be incorporated into many common recipes, beverages, and dishes, and guacamole is a great example. Just add it along with the other ingredients and you can have this fresh dip ready in only a few minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2–3 avocados, preferably Hass
  • 5 cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 3 t Maca powder
  • Juice of 1–2 lemons or limes
  • 1 t Celtic sea salt or Himalayan crystal salt
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Instructions

  1. Mash the avocados with a fork.
  2. Add the diced tomatoes, onion, Maca powder, lemon or lime juice, salt, and crushed garlic.
  3. Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Serve and enjoy immediately.

Serving tip: We like to start with the tomatoes and avocados chilled so the finished guacamole is cool and fresh when served.
