As a company, The Maca Team’s mission is to share high-quality Peruvian-grown maca root products with as many people as possible. We’re fortunate to have been able to do so for many years and grateful to continue our work today.

Since the early days of our company, knowledge of our products and company has spread largely through word of mouth. In fact, that’s how many of us originally learned about maca root. Perhaps a friend, family member, health care professional, or educator was the first person to tell you about maca too.

It’s easy to understand why personal recommendations from trusted sources can be so meaningful. Over the years, The Maca Team has collected and published thousands of customer reviews. One of the main reasons we share them is to help other people learn from the experiences of customers who already use maca as part of their routines.

As technology has progressed, some customers have submitted reviews in video format. Video can be a powerful way to share your experience and help other people understand what using maca and ordering from The Maca Team is actually like.

Simple Terms and Conditions

We want to keep the agreement as clear and simple as possible.

1. Send us one video describing your experience with one or more of our maca products or with The Maca Team. Only one submission per person, please.
2. Your eligible submission will be entered into our giveaway drawing.
3. By sending us the video, you give The Maca Team permission to publish it publicly on our YouTube channel, website, and/or social media platforms.
4. If, at least six months after publication, you decide that you would like us to remove your video, simply let us know and we will do so.

Guidelines for Making Your Video

The goal of this project is to let real customers share their experiences with other people who are interested in maca. Your video does not need to be professionally produced. Just be yourself and follow these simple guidelines:

• Please keep the language family-friendly so that we can share the video with everyone. We will not publish videos containing adult language or content.
• Describe your personal experience in your own words and be as specific as you can about what you noticed while using maca.
• Be sure to mention which maca product or products you use. You may also want to show the product itself or, if appropriate, a recipe you make with it.
• Make sure your voice can be heard clearly and that there is enough light for viewers to see you.
• Keep your video between 1 and 4 minutes.
• A smartphone is perfectly fine for recording your video.

How to Send Us Your Video

If your video file is small enough, you can send it to us by email at info@themacateam.com.

If the file is too large to send by email, we recommend using WeTransfer. You can use WeTransfer to send the video to the same email address.
